Shipping policy

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with any carrier-related issues, delays occurring after dispatch are outside our direct control.
